Align your body. Strengthen your core. Expand your flexibility.

This class combines deep stretching and conditioning exercises to help you move with more control, ease, and grace. Perfect for dancers or anyone wanting to improve posture, mobility, and strength.

We’ll work on flexibility, core stability, and injury prevention through mindful, low-impact movement.

All levels welcome. Ideal for recovery, cross-training, or reconnecting with your body.
