If you’re looking to get fit, get ready to hit the dance floor! Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. It's good for your heart, makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging. Latin Jazz
This style is more strongly associated with Afro-Caribbean music. This style of dance combines Latin moves from Mambo, Salsa, and Samba with Musical Theatre and Jazz Dance to create an explosion of fun. The class starts with a warm-up focused on coordination followed by isolation and stretch techniques to assist in the choreography.
Cardio Reggaeton
Cardio Reggaeton is a high intensity cardio dance class influenced by the specific dance rhythms of Reggaeton and Reggae Fusion.
Reggaeton is an urban dance form which has its roots in Latin and Caribbean Music. Reggae Fusion is a mixture of dance hall and reggae music. You’ll have a blast dancing to a mixture of Latin and Caribbean beats! You won’t want to miss this!
Heels Technique
Dancing in heels is really it's own technique. If you are using heels - from character shoes to stilettos - you need to be strong enough and prepared for the physical challenges that dancing in heels presents.
This class will help improve your posture, balance, and core work. This class is all levels.
